Don’t forget we have flat screen TV’s for Tele or Video games.

 Enjoy the gorgeous insulated Douglas Fir floor. It is perfectly sanded and sealed to show the stunning grain but is also hard wearing.  Experience the lovely daylight through the skylights which reflects off of the white stone wall and the 6 double doors opening onto the garden towards the south. Control daylight as you wish with blinds.  Don’t forget the Hot Tub just beyond those double doors too!  

Use the 6 banks of lights on individual dimmer switches to control any functional need or mood. Dim them all like tiny stars for yoga and quiet moods. Make the stone wall end of the room well lit on it’s own for presentations, lectures, entertainment. Have the teacher be in control at that end with the full control panel. Have a separate track light angled to the lecturer or entertainer. Have outside fascia down lights on dimmer and also floodlights onto the patio area outside. Create your own unique mood with your lighting options.

As a games room it is ideal for fun of many kinds, There is a full kit of paddles and balls for you. A snooker table and many board games. There is a flat screen for watching TV, videos, video games or showing your own presentation. There is also excellent fibre optic broadband in the room. This can be disconnected if preferred.

Heating: The studio is insulated and south facing. It is very sheltered from the wind, as is the large patio area in front of it. The main heat source is the inctefible Italian Castelmontr woodstove. This is a unique patented design that keeps the outside very cool but causes a fast movement of hot air to flow around the room and heat it quickly. There is a store of seasoned wood available.  There is also a silent fan to ensure good equal temperatures and also cooling if needed.

For Wedding use, 50 people can comfortably sit at 5 round tables of 10.
